LBM Solution: LBM developed a web-based multimedia program that shows every screen of the ordering process and explains how to establish an account, navigate the catalog, order products, track orders, and create a customized catalog. While this program focuses on demonstrating a web-site ordering system. This same method can be used to train users on any software application. In addition, interactive segments could easily be added. |
