HEB Foods had a major LMS implementation underway with another vendor, but it was going to be 12 to 14 months before it could be fully utilized. Left Brain Media developed an interim database reporting system using a combination of Flash, client side tools, and an online reporting system that allowed them to track the training results of tens of thousands of records. When the finished LMS is ready to launch, all the historical data will be easily imported.
